The Yoga Trapeze is a therapeutic inversion device which helps to heal sciatica and relieve back pain. When the body is in an inverted position for 3 minutes or longer, more space opens up between each vertebrae. It is an amazing tool to build a strong core and healthy back. It strengthens and stretches your whole upper body, shoulders, and arms. You will have healthy joints, a wide range of flexibility, and finally achieve a pain-free body.

Hello, my name is Hana! I am the owner of Yoga Trapeze Health. I started my journey ten years ago when I discovered the yoga trapeze for the very first time. I remember the moment I first got upside down on the trapeze, I felt a lightness lift my body into bliss. I have struggled with scoliosis since a very young age. Through my adulthood I have tried hundreds of forms of therapy including the inversion table— which holds no comparison to the soft decompression of the trapeze. Since my discovery I have been able to maintain my back pain to a minimum, and sometimes I forget I even had any ailments! I am passionate in helping others minimize their pain by building strength, endurance, and mobility— so they can live the life they want, with no agonizing interruptions. I am also a trained reflexologist, meditation specialist, and sound healer, which I incorporate into my daily practices. Thank you and I hope to see you soon!
